You’ll be able to upload your design images or rough sketches, along with important details such as dimensions (e.g., ring size, pendant size in mm), and diamond or stone specifications if applicable. Once we receive your submission, we'll acknowledge it promptly and reach out with any questions or clarifications.

Typically, rings, pendants, and earrings are completed within 3 to 7 days once all the necessary details are provided. For designs that involve surface modeling, such as human faces or animal figures, we will specify the turnaround time based on the complexity of the design. If your order includes more than 25 models, they will be delivered in stages, with batches submitted as they are completed. Rest assured, we will always strive to achieve the fastest possible turnaround time.

For rendering, we prefer 3DM CAD files; however, we also work with STL and OBJ file formats.

Our basic deliverables for image visualization include a minimum of four standard views: Front, Top, Right, and Perspective, along with any customized views you may require.

We provide CAD images with dimensions, along with the 3D model in 3DM format. Once the model is approved, you will also receive the STL file, which can be used for 3D printing. Additionally, we offer simple rendered images of the jewelry model for your use.

The models we provide are ready for direct printing on any 3D printer. However, please note that support generation for specific 3D printers is not included in our services.
